This Gigabit PHY is packaged in a 64-QFN footprint and provides RMII/GMII to connect to various interfaces. With this small package, the designer can fit this chip in various housings, ranging from motherboard to portable devices. Also supported are the selectable RGMII/GMII driving current and phase delay.
