We are committed to provide a friendly working environment for our employees.Recreational activities such as movie nights and teambuilding trips are hosted regularly as a way to create synergy. Our health policy provides annual physical examination as well as wide insurance coverage to ensure health and safety of our staffs. While creating a friendly ecosystem, members of IC Plus family are expected to uphold the code of ethics, which serves as the cornerstone of our company philosophy.

Electric Industry Code of Conduct (EICC)

Social accountability is an important matter. Though not a member of EICC, IC Plus has adopted the principle set by EICC to ensure sound working environment for all employees. All suppliers are also expected to follow similar rules and regulations. The provisions in this Code are in alignment with ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Conduct your operations in a way of social and environmental responsibility ;

Not use the conflict minerals originated from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries;
3.
Trace the origins of the metals used, e.g. Au,Ta,Sn and W.
4.
Make the same requirements to your upstream suppliers.
